I’ve found a bug or have a feature request, how can I report it?

Japanese has a built-in tool to provide bug reports, crash reports, request features and give general feedback. Go to the Help item in the menubar and select Contact Customer Support.

Please provide as much info as possible, every detail counts. If possible, send us a backup of your data which you can create in the app. Sometimes bugs are related to a specific data and we may need to inspect it in order to provide a fix.

What's the current status of Japanese?

In 2015 we have successfully ported the app to Android and are currently bringing it to feature parity with the iOS version.

Towards spring 2017, we will complete our rewrite of the iOS version and release a major (free) update.

How do I turn on/off romaji on flashcards?

Flashcards are displaying using your Romaji settings. To turn on/off romaji on the frontside of a flashcard, just flip the switch on Entry Headword.
